Since  2009  “Let Your Light Shine”, featuring Claudia and Bob Hughes as vocalists and Mark Templeton on piano have been entertaining local audiences with their varied and exciting repertoire.

The group’s musical offerings include standard jazzy duets, Broadway hits, classical duets and solos, opera, and pop songs. 

In some settings the group has added bass and percussion to their sound.    

Originally formed to entertain at health care facilities, the group has expanded to include concerts, senior center events,

cocktail parties, fundraisers, dances and restaurants.

2015 was a very busy musical year for the group, highlighted by performances at the Waterbury Exchange’s Summer Outdoor

Musical program and several new holiday concerts.  The popularity of the group has been the result of an imaginative and

diverse selection of songs, a melodic blending of voices, beautiful accompaniment and a husband/wife engagement with

audiences.
